Our indispensable team coach and project manager Ksenia Kaisheva, Director of the Center for International Youth Projects and Initiatives of Saint Petersburg State University of Industrial Technologies and Design, Head of the educational program of the Business Accelerator ‘PromTechDesign’.

Ksenia graduated with distinction from Herzen Russian State Pedagogical University of Russia. She is a professional teacher, linguist, fluent in English, and regularly participates in the international educational projects and programs. In addition, being a certified mentor (Skolkovo Mentor Academy), business tracker (Internet Initiatives Development Fund, National Technological Initiative), design thinking coach (Design Thinking Center) and online learning methodologist (Netology online educational platform) Ksenia specializes in project and product management, facilitation of student project teams.

Over the years, Ksenia has trained over 500 student teams and startups.

Ksenia is the author of more than 60 scientific and scientific-methodological works, a participant of international forums and conferences, an expert and moderator of programs for Saint Petersburg universities, a laureate of the Saint Petersburg Government Award for outstanding achievements in the field of higher and professional education.
